In order to encourage enterprises to withhold and pay for employees’ Individual Income Tax actively, many cities have different encouragement policies to enterprises. It should be noticed, the reporting period of this kind of encouragement policies generally from Jan. to Mar. every year (there will be different in each city), once it is overdue, it will be considered as a waiver.
