Anchor personnel providing online performances and audio-visual program services through the Internet, including those who broadcast live on network platforms, conduct real-time communication and interaction with users, and appear in the form of uploaded audio and video programs, shall comply with this Codes of Conduct. Virtual anchors and content synthesized using artificial intelligence technology, with reference to this Code of Conduct.

Network anchors shall comply with the relevant provisions on the online real-name system for registering accounts, cooperate with platforms to provide true and effective identity information for real-name registration, and standardize the use of account names.

Network anchors shall adhere to the correct political direction, public opinion orientation, and value orientation, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values, actively practice the core socialist values, advocate social morality, abide by professional ethics, and cultivate personal morality.

Network anchors shall adhere to healthy style and taste, consciously abandon vulgarity, vulgarity, kitsch and other low-level interests, consciously oppose undesirable phenomena such as traffic first, deformed aesthetics, and money worship, and consciously resist acts that violate laws and regulations, damage network civilization, run counter to network morality, and harm network harmony.

Network anchors shall respect citizens' and legal persons' right to reputation and honor, respect personal privacy and portrait rights, and respect and protect the lawful rights and interests of minors, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.

Network anchors shall abide by laws and regulations related to intellectual property rights, and consciously respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Network anchors shall truthfully declare their income and perform their tax obligations in accordance with law.

Network anchors shall use the national common language and writing in accordance with standardized writing methods and standard meanings, enhance language and cultural literacy, consciously curb the spread of vulgar and violent online language, and jointly build a healthy and civilized online language environment.

Network anchors shall consciously strengthen their study and master the knowledge and skills necessary to engage in anchor work. 

For live broadcast content that requires a high professional level (such as medical and health, finance and finance, law, education), the anchor shall obtain the corresponding professional qualification and report the professional qualification to the live broadcast platform, and the live broadcast platform shall conduct qualification review and filing for the anchor.
