Shanghai Administrative of Industry and Commerce addressed its work on the fake and illegal advertisement cases in Year 2017. In Year 2017, the SAIC solved 5,448 illegal advertisement cases, up 94 percent, and imposed 132 million yuan in fines, up 54 percent. 80 percent of the cases were online advertisements, and imposed 90.29 million yuan. Further, 12 typical fake and illegal advertisement cases were exposed as follows.

2. Further, the medical and healthcare industry, the food and nutrition, the cosmetics industry, the education industry as well as the investment and financing services industry are the main industries for government to check their advertisement.
3. For the company, it should take more care of using the governor’s name and image in the advertisement.
