On 10th March 2017, Shanghai Administrative of Industry and Commerce issued the 2017 No.1 announcement on the fake and illegal advertisement and have eleven typical cases exposed. Shanghai Dongjin is concluding the main points as follows.
Dongjin comments:
- The government will take more care of the online advertisement.
- Further, the real estate industry, the medical industry, the food and the cosmetics industry as well as the education industry ares the main industries for government to check their advertisement.
- For the company, it should take more care of the “absolute” description in the advertisement, as well as the “fake” description.
